But when installing the front windshield some "water" spilled on some buttons and caused them to start bubbling and peeling but they claimed it was already like this and its only water. The roof, doors, even behind the seat belt. Whatever the liquid was not wiped off before it dropped over my doors. He offered me a $20 car wash as if that would even be enough to clean the inside of the car. I show up to my appointment after confirming it , she asked me to come at 5 pm to her location. I show up and she nor her husband (owners) are at the store . I called her again she sets my appointment up and she is in Las Vegas with with husband at the Dema show . There's a young man at the location that wants to take my name and number and will have the owners call me back . I explained I was just on the phone with her. Why would anyone set up an appointment and confirm it if they were going to be out of town . There clearly was none there that could give me a price to wrap my truck . I called her while sitting outside her building . I told her I drove 35 mins in traffic on a Friday evening at 5 pm to make her appointment time she set up only to have no one there . I was furious and had wasted 1 1/2 of my time . She did nothing but apologize, but could not answer the question if you knew you were going to be out of town why set up the appointment. Why not just say to me we are scheduled to attend dema in Las Vegas . Why not just be up front and say let's meet when I'm back in a couple days . I'm sorry but anyone without that insight will not be working on any of my vehicles of property. I will never work with them again . Fair warning I don't think the establishment can be trusted .

Signature Signs-N-Lettering was a pleasure to work with. I had a custom "welcome" sign made for my…read moreRV. I knew what I wanted to say and an idea of what it should look like, but was unsure of what I wanted it to be made of. The wooden signs you can buy on line where the design, material and saying is preconfigured was o.k., but I wanted something better. So I stopped in to talk with the folks at Signature Signs one afternoon. We were helped right away by Shaun and after discussing my concept, I was given several ideas for my sign. Each material I was offered was explained regarding the options, price and longevity. In the end, I settled on a metal sign with vinyl lettering and graphics. For the design process, while I was at the store I emailed a picture of my RV so they could get the color scheme. And later that day I had an email from Shaun with the preliminary design completed. To finalize the design, I stopped in the next day and with just a few real-time design tweaks, I was ready to place my order. I picked the sign up a few days later and was very happy. You may notice that the building is a little tired on the outside, and that the office/workshop is a little tired in the inside, but the service, cost and quality was great and better than I expected. Great job guys!
