I had purchased my car recently and was looking to have the windows tinted. I called and was able to get my car scheduled in the next weekend and I felt the price was fair. I have taken previous cars to one other shop and their quality had went down hill dramatically. Nice shop and friendly staff. They have a few different options for tint. They have a high end ceramic tint that you can use. Only complaint is that you can see what looks like ALOT of blue lint balls left behind that is now trapped under the tint. There are air bubbles here and there, which is expected. But I think that this could have been avoided or should have been noticed by the installed before returning the car to me.

Brad and Aaron walked me through the whole process, from giving me background to decide if this was something I wanted to do or not, to giving me samples of material and showing off some of their other cars so I could get an idea of what I was in for. They were incredibly accommodating even as I had to leave my car with them for an extra week since I was going out of town. The work was completed on time at an extremely high quality and I was thrilled with the result. Even after I received the car (and had paid in full) they continued to follow up and scheduled a check-in to make sure everything was still looking great. By the time the check-in came around I had driven about 1000 miles and had a little wear on the front sensors (model 3) and the water repellant nature of the coating had decayed quite a bit in some locations - potentially because I had driven the car so far right after the coating had been done. Brad took the car back in and fixed the sensor wear, had the surface coating of the car re-done and also touched up the chrome delete because he decided it could have been a little better - all at no cost. Cincy Vinyl Wraps fully delivered on-contract, but what really shows the quality of an organization is how they treat you after the bill has been settled. You will spend hundreds of dollars out of pocket fixing problem after problem. Walter was initially quick to answer all my calls and questions but once he got my money, it was all down hill from there. I understand covid slowed the build process but it took over a year to get my trailer. I began talking with Walter in December of 2019 and took delivery of my trailer in February of 2021. I ordered a screwless exterior and when it arrived it was a rivoted exterior and didn't have an exterior light that I ordered. He told me that it was the manufacturers fault and not his. I didn't want to wait several more months to get another one in and he refunded me the difference. I paid for a $6,000 cold plate freezer and when I went down to check on the progress there was a regular freezer installed that cost around $1,200.00. One of the lids was all dented up and he said things get damaged in shipping sometimes. He again said that wasn't his fault and ordered the correct item. It took another 5 weeks for the correct freezer to be built and shipped. When it was installed, they installed it backwards and the exhaust vents were against the wall. The quality of every single thing someone touched is appauling. I'm convinced he doesn't own a T-square or level. Dings and dents all over the walls and tables. Outlets installed a foot apart are at different heights, 0 attention to detail. A spot where 2 outlets are right next to each other, one outlet plate cover was cut to fit next to the other one. He told me that my trailer was done and ready to go and I get down there from Columbus and it's not even ready. Wasted a day off and gas. The a/c unit wasn't even installed yet! When everything was finally ready to go, I pick it up and I didn't make it 5 miles down the road before someone is flagging me down to pull over. I get out on 71 and a drain pipe from a sink cooler is dragging on the ground because it wasn't fully installed and dropped out. I took my trailer to get a propane leak test done and they said it was leaking and had to replace a few fittings because it wasn't installed with the right parts. Walter did reimburse me for that cost. I have had nothing but problems, I've had to make several adjustments to my water lines due to leaking and had to replace a drain connection. The folding table on the outside was installed too close to the window and won't open properly. I have to remove it and install it an inch lower. My color changing lights had to be wired wrong because they do not work properly to change the colors. I reached out to the company that makes the lights and they told me that something wasn't wired right. The rubber coin flooring is pulling away from the wall leaving 2 inches of exposed flooring on one side because it was cut too small. Icing on the cake, I took my trailer to get the state fire marshall inspection done and they didn't pass the tankless hot water heater because a flex gasline was installed and it needs to be hard piped to be compliant. I hired a gas company to replace the lines to pass inspection and the bill was $308.00. I emailed Walter the bill and never heard back from him. He tells me I left a bad review online and he's not going to pay the bill unless I remove the bad review. As a way to get this bill paid and not have to spend money and time suing him, I honored that request and removed it. He told me on Monday 4/25/22 that he would have a check sent to them the next day. As of Saturday 5/1/22 the bill still hasn't been paid. Back up goes this review. DO NOT waste your time and money with this horrible business!!
