Had the opportunity and scored some free cubicles for our office expansion. I called 3 movers for quotes, trying to be cost conscious and all. Eric at MyOffice was the first one to return my call. He asked for specific information and I provided him with as much as I could. He even came out with his electrical guy to make sure everything would be turn key! He called to discuss what I wanted, more details, electrical info, data, etc...I had NO idea what it entails to get cubicles, not only installed but taken down! I rec'd a quote and it included everything. A day later, the other 2 companies I had called came to life, asked me for pictures, and then sent me a quote for quite a bit *Cheaper*. I realized neither of those companies bothered to call me about the wiring, electrical, or even ask to stop by to see our set up, etc....Thank goodness I had the experience with Eric because I could have made a wrong decision solely based on price and then paid even more to fix things!! Needless to say, we are SO happy with Eric and his crew. The most efficient crew I have ever worked with with such attention to detail. And communication. Trust me--pay just a few extra dollars--DO NOT CHEAP out. Not that they were expensive--it was VERY much worth it. We had nothing else we needed to do!! Thanks Eric!! Update: I am updating my original 1 star review because…read moreArmando went to great lengths to remedy my situation. EPC sent a new crew of friendly workers to sort and re-organize my closets. They had someone come out and fix the scrapes on my bed frame, and lastly I was reimbursed for my damaged fireplace. I understand people have "off" days and that must have been what I experienced. I am only rating the service recovery that was given. I am grateful to everyone who came out to help. My communication and "pack-up" was fantastic. It was the pack-back that I would never recommend. If using EPC please make sure they send an experience crew to put your belongings back in place. Thank you Armando for all of your efforts.
