She apologized and literally would not let me off the phone until we were able to come to an agreement and make things right. Do not go here. The professionalism is non existent in the creative department. I ask for the Ohio State O with my friends last name through it as a wedding gift for man cave, it wasn't worth 1$ for this mark up. The red wasn't even the matching red the Herro was just angled through in black not even keeping with the esthetics of the piece and the back ground was baby blue!!! Think twice before coming here. I paid 50 to have to be told this part of the creative process tell me what's wrong. Everything!! How bout show me you actually tried the first time and not some mindless zombie that will accept anything you hand me. I repeat do not go here. read more

Sign-a-rama is trying to fight us over a $3,000+ deposit despite the fact that NO work was done & NO product was delivered. We were told up front that we could cancel at any time prior to the landlord approving the sign & permits being pulled with the city. Our landlord would not approve the sign, so we had no choice but to cancel. We also confirmed with the city that Sign-a-rama had made NO attempts to pull any permits. Again, no work was ever done, no product delivered, no materials were ever purchased. Yet they felt justified in trying to keep the deposit...over $3,000! We made several attempts to contact them & just kept getting told someone would get back with us. They never did. After weeks of getting the run around, we finally disputed the charge with our credit card company. Sign-a-rama is trying to fight the dispute & now we are having to take legal action. read more

Customer service here is awful. When I placed my original order I was told that someone would contact me within one or two days to approve my request. I finally heard back a week later after I called the company. I was then given the excuse that they were having Internet and phone trouble. After another three days of waiting I finally received my order. Against my better judgment, I wanted to place another order with this company. On Monday, June 15 I called, I was told that they were having Internet and phone trouble yet again and that someone would call me back by the close of business. I received no call by the close of business. I called the next morning June 16 and was told that the phones and Internet were just up and running however the person that I needed to speak to was not available and would contact me. Of course no call back. In my last attempt to patronize this company I called yet again and was told that Chelsea is who I needed to speak with, but she was at lunch and would call me back. today is June 17 and I am still waiting for a return call from this company. I believe in supporting locally owned and operated companies however I feel as if I am going to support locally owned and operated at least provide quality customer service read more

We had a fantastic experience with Laura and the Signarama team of Southside/Jacksonville. They took the time to present different options for a sticker we were having made for our business. Because it had to be waterproof AND removable, it took quite some time to find the right product. They never gave up and we appreciate that! Great communication and good follow-up. I contracted with this business in mid Dec 2018 giving them a deposit for the work that was to be done. I needed vinyl numbers installed on a glass door and a sign repaired (light bulbs replaced and cleaning of a large pylon sign and any other deficiencies repaired). I didn't hear from them in several weeks so I inquired about the job. They told me their boom truck was done and didn't know when it would be back up. Weeks go by and I don't hear from them, so I inquire again. They told me they were backed up from when the boom truck was down, it should be another week. The week went by and the work was still not done. I inquired again. Between getting the run-around or no response at all and certainly no call backs, it left me quite frustrated. I finally walked into their business to try to talk to someone that could help me. I was told that the owner had many personal and business issues come up that prevented them from doing the job for me. When I asked to speak with the owner I was told he was away on a small vacation. They installed the numbers on the glass door as contracted so the small deposit paid for that. I will NEVER use this company again. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone and if I know of someone who inquires about them thru me (I get a lot of that as I am in Property Management) I will let them know of my experience and suggest they use another company! read more

this is the worse place I ever been in my life. looks like The design department need new designers who can meet or exceed customer Expectation. I deal with one of the owners witch she was very nice until she took 50% of amount due at front. She never response my calls or emails after that so I have to talked to another person witch delayed my order for almost 3 week's. I strongly recommend you to shop around.
