One of the staff, a guy named Axel, was tremendously kind, and helpful. we went through the whole process of emailing the file again until it arrived in the right format. I have dropped off pre-printed label packages at this location twice now. I formally have worked at…read morea UPS store so I know how drop off packages work in that type of business and how much the store receives per drop off. If they say that your label is incorrectly. They can then overcharge you the full amount of shipping in addition to what you have already paid. the first time I did it I knew that I had waited correctly however I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This is the second time I am dropping off at the same location and I know that I waited correctly after packaging with some wiggle room in between to make sure because this has happened before. The store it was 2 pounds heavier than I said it was. It was a board game that is not possible. I believe they are doing this in order to make more money on drop off because at the time that I worked at that type of establishment it was one dollar per drop off label whereas if they charge they are now making nine dollars claiming that I have labeled it incorrectly and I have no recourse to argue with them. It is not a coincidence that this has happened more than once in the same location. I drop off there again and never paying to ship anything from that location again. if you do plan to go to this location, I would recommend you watch them way your drop off package and match it up with your label so they have no argument to overcharge you for no reason. Update: I was able to contact me buyer, and she weighed and verified that is the as under the weight of the original label and was able to send me screen shots. I was correct, I was inappropriately charged by this location or fed ex in general.
