I walked into the store and headed straight for the kiosk. It kept giving me an error message and told me to see a team member. When I approached the lady working, she seemed completely disinterested in helping me. When I explained the situation, she continued to ask me unnecessary questions - I actually don't think she understood how the printing worked. But instead of saying that, she honestly just acted like a B. At one point - I shit you not - she told me (almost yelling at me) to stay behind the counter. What did she thinkin was going to do? Way to treat me like a terrorist, lady. But then all of a sudden, her tone changed. It was around the same time when she discovered my account was in Yelp's name. Maybe it was a coincidence, but the same lady who was awful a few minutes later - suddenly became sweet as pie. So I don't know... this whole experience was strange.
