I highly recommend having your car detailed here! They picked my car up from Cedarburg for free and spent two days cleaning my car from top to bottom. Their front office is fantastic and quick to communicate. And they dropped my car off once it was done all included in the price. Even when I had issues with my vent system they took my car back after I fixed the vents and they ran the cleaning system through my vents again. Reasonable pricing and excellent customer service. I called ahead to make sure they could fit me in for a basic interior detailing. They assured me they could, so I told them great, I'd leave then and see them in about 30 minutes. I drove half an hour only to be told they could no longer fit me in and I'd have to come back another day. I had my car detailed here about a week ago. They did a pretty good job, not perfect but good enough for me. The price is reasonable but it's ridiculous how they charge extra $25 to do a quick wash. You would think it goes hand in hand with the service. read more

They were very up front on how long it would take, the cost, what they'd be doing, etc. They called when they were half way done to let me know how things were going. He does a great job! For 21 years, I have been driving past this place but never went in. It looked too fancy and I assumed that, being in Mequon, they would be over priced.. Recently, I stopped by.. They are not overly pricey. Just normal prices. The best they have is their $45 (medium cars)/ $65 (for large cars) wash and vacuum. For this price, they detail the car quite thoroughly, inside and out. It is almost as good as the full interior detail ($125). I sent in my two Jaguars and for both, they did a very good job. read more

It was that time... to give my car some TLC. I dropped it off the day before my flight and when I returned from traveling, it was like having a brand new car again! This place is reasonably priced, great service and just all around I had a great experience. I travel a lot for work so it's nice to have companies such as this where I can drop off my car the day before and know that it will be ready when I return. There are different packages you can choose from a good wash and interior clean ( basic I believe) is between $25-45. There is also for sure a 125.00 package for a really detailed interior clean. I went for the full inside and out, wash, wax, scratch fix, buff and full interior clean with shampoo. This was 280.00, and to be honest I got more than what I was expecting. My glove box was cleaned out, my additional money holders that end up catching anything and everything and center counsel were also completely clean. They also cleaned out my side doors really well, shampoo'd my leather seats, floors and floor mats. There is not a speck of dirt anywhere in my car. Yes they also cleaned out my trunk! My car on the outside was buffed, all surface scratches removed and they cleared my foggy head light that had a film building up. Of course they gave it a good shine Andy tires were done as well. I'm really pleased. I forgot how nice my car could look. I would advice that you take out as much as you can so it's not in the way. I forgot to do this but they did not complain or tell me to come back. They nicely packed up all my things in baggies and placed in my trunk neatly in a bag where I could find everything, which was also really nice. read more

We noticed an odor from our car and didn't know where it was coming from--nothing obvious. I spoke with Shelly and she seemed very knowledgeable and suggested a service to start with--this was during the pandemic no less. They came to pick up the vehicle from my house and she thought she could smell it too. They started with a treatment on the inside and when that didn't seem to fix things, they suggested an engine cleaning--called first. They had planned to keep it overnight and when it still wasn't fully gone, they continued working on it. They ended up having it for 3 days--not a vehicle that we were regularly using so no issue. She admitted that they were stumped and didn't think it was gone but I was pleased with the time and effort--plus their knowledge of places to check. they do a great job cleaning the car. rims are good too. couple of issues: not ready when they said would be. (by an hour) other issue is the upsell. I know everyone does it, but claims of a lot of pet hair when one has ridden in the car only on a pet bed and only 3-4 times ever. bed is a must so the dog wouldn't damage the leather seats. that upsell alone would make me not use it. also, the outside was good but not great. much better at inside cleaning. wish the service was as good as the cleaning. read more
