I go into his office to let him know of new charges and pay him the rest of what I owed on the last bond which was 200$ hoping he would help me out. He asks me if I had called other bondsman. I told him one but she was renewing her license. Then he tells me my husband missed a city court date but agrees to bond him out. So I let him know I will be back with the $400 total. He says ok but not too long or I might change my mind. Mind you this was at 6pm. At 8 pm the charges my husband had first got that I bonded him out for were revoked. Furious I call doyle and he tells me he revoked his bond because I had called other bondsman. So I said I told you that. Why the f*ck agree to bond him out and now all the sudden not? And he hangs up on. He got jealous and revoked my husband's bonds because I called other bondsman.!???He didn't even let me know. He got our hopes up . He didn't care to call me nor give me a chance to come pay it in that 2 hour time frame ... Snake...

Trenton and his coworker came out to see if they could do it and to give me an estimate. We talked about the fact that I just bought the house and it's 115 years old, and I emphasized the importance of removing the tub without damaging my floor or stairs, and without hurting themselves. I was hesitant that they'd be able to remove it without any damage, so Trenton's coworker called their boss, Justin, who got all the info on my situation then asked to talk to me. He assured me that they could remove the tub without any property damage, which I confirmed twice. Trenton and his coworker told me that they'd cover my door with padding and put blankets and pads on the floors and stairs to protect everything. I agreed to scheduling an appointment for two days later with a crew that Justin said could get the tub out safely without hurting my floor and stairs. Pernell and Cody came back two days later (yesterday) and said they could get the tub out without cutting it apart. I told them again that I didn't want any damage to the floor or stairs. Pernell responded jokingly about tearing up my house that I just bought, and I took it as a joke like he intended, but I said again that I didn't want them to damage my floor or hurt themselves, and I'd rather they not even try if there was any chance of that happening. They got the tub out with no cutting needed. They told me there was a mark on the hallway floor and pointed it out to me, but when I got down on the floor to look closer after they left, it is not a "mark" that could possibly be buffed out - there are two sets of good sized grooves in my wood floor all along the hallway. They didn't mention the stairs, but those were beat up too. A couple large pieces of wood were broken completely off the stairs and lots of smaller pieces were broken. I did not watch them move the tub as there isn't enough room in the hallway or on the stairs for me to stand right next to them, but obviously they didn't put down any protective pads or blankets, which I was specifically told they would do. Protective padding seems like a basic part of the job - all furniture movers do it - so I have no idea why they didn't do that. They knew they damaged the floor but downplayed it as "a mark." The grooves in my floor and the pieces of wood broken off my stairs can't be easily or cheaply repaired. I'm devastated that this happened after I made it clear many times that I'd rather they not even try if there was any chance that they would damage the floor. I was ready to cancel the whole thing the first time Junk Free came to my house, but then Justin - the boss - got me on the phone and specifically said they could remove it without hurting my floor. They need to make this right. I can't recommend using them for any job.

I had many items to scope and price out upfront, and Tami was so kind and amazing. We had to work through several proposals before deciding on final services, and she always responded quickly with thorough details. Then, Tyson and his helper showed up, and they were the nicest people ever. We walked through all services to be done, and Tyson explained all troubleshooting/results well plus gave me options to decide from (like what color of weather protector I wanted on our outside outlets) versus doing whatever he thought was best like standard vendors. He had to run to Lowe's to grab more parts and did not charge me for them as they were "minor." He also discovered extra issues/subpar electrical items as he worked on the house that he corrected/adjusted to perform better without charging extra. He went well over above and beyond! On the invoice, I noticed an option to tip. I've never seen this for an electrician, plumber, roofer, or any type of home service. HOWEVER, it made total sense, and I tipped them 20%. He saved us hundreds in extra services/parts instead of nickel and diming. He also saved us from more future issues by addressing all of the non-perfect items he saw throughout the house. That's worth a lot for our safety. Jaco's pricing is very reasonable, and the quality of work cannot be beaten! #ServiceStarShoutOut
