This place was awesome! I received exactly what I asked for and my set of nails was $55 before tip. That itself is hard to find, along with the quality being good too. Also, they gave me a punch card with a $25 voucher after so many appointments. The staff was extremely nice. I had an appointment at 6:15 and I arrived a little early. Within a couple of minutes one of the staff members was kindly apologizing for the wait and chatting with me. The best part is that there really wasn't a wait at all. I was out of the salon by 7:30! This photo is the day after I got my nails done, but it's been a little over a week and they are still holding up great. I highly recommend this place! read more

The ladies here were very nice and talked to me the whole time I got my nails done. I didn't feel rushed or anything to pick out a color and it was very relaxing. I just got gel color with a manicure and it was 30$. I think if I didn't get the manicure it would have been 20$ but I'm not sure. Great service! read more

I am not exaggerating when I say this was the WORST experience getting my nails done in my life. I do bite my nails, but have been getting them done with tips for around 10 years and they have never looked this horrid. I went with a friend, and as I got up to wash my hands, the girl doing my nails was talking about me to my friend! RIDICULOUS. This nail shop looks really nice and has very nice equipment. They have also have really good prices. The customer service is not that great and the work is average. I made a 3pm appointment, and I came in 10 minutes early. They had me sitting in the pedicure chair for 20 minutes before anyone came to me. My technician kept having to fix her mistakes with polish remover. Again, the place looks nice but for a quality nail job I'd go to pretty please. read more

After a 2 week camping trip my nails were in terrible shape - I stopped by while I was in town to get them fixed and holy cow .... my nails look perfect now! Not to mention service was quick and they were so kind. They noticed I was watching the game during my pedicure so they changed the tv station to show the game when I walked over for my mani without me even asking and gave me a drink. Don't bother. I went here knowing the girls from Pretty Please had moved here. One would think that with the high standards that the Pretty Please girls have that their co-workers would be just as awesome. I was wrong. I went in to get a basic manicure because my nails & dry hands needed love. No cuticle softener was used, she tore/ripped my cuticles off (after I mentioned that I get hangnails easily), 1 minute hand massage, & I had to request clear polish at the end. I also had to let her know that she needs to remove the lotion from my nails before putting polish on. Now I have clear polish on my nails & on my fingers around the nail bed. Not pleased, even if it was $12. If it had been one of the PP girls......regardless of it being $12, I would've left feeling like a million. read more

Went in at 6:00. An hour and a half before closing just for a pedicure thinking it couldn't take an hour and a half and mess their closing up. Anyway no one spoke to me at all, which is fine, but weird. It was the most rushed pedicure I've ever had, not worth $20 at all. Then the ladies told me I couldn't sit under the dryer, they were closing. The sign says they close at 7:30 and it wasn't even 7:00 yet. Ridiculous, had to walk out with wet polish and carefully drive home. Do not go here. read more

I came in for a manicure and a pedicure. I paid the extra money for the massage package and the lavender scent package. My pedicure took longer than anticipated so I informed the nail tech that I would have to forgo the manicure this time but I would be back to get it later. After that she basically just Slap the rest of the massage cream on my legs and left it there. I had to just rub it in myself so I could get my pants pulled back down and be able to leave. There was no interaction at all and I did not get the service that I paid for. Not only was there no massage I had to rub the rest of the massage cream and myself with her standing there watching. I really hope this was just a miscommunication and they fix this problem in the future however I will not be back. read more

I came here as an alternative to the places in my small town. I thought that if u went to a bigger city maybe they would turn out better but no they did not. First off , when the lady asked me if i wanted them long or short i said "about medium , not too short" she then puts the scissors all the way to my finger and proceeds to have the tip of my finger between the scissor blades. If they would have been sharp , we would have been going to the hospital. She cuts the nail SO short where you could see the top of my finger over the nail, as i went to stop her she continued to cut the rest of the nails the same length. so i asked her if she would take them off and start again since she didn't stop when i asked her too and she just looked at me like i was stupid. i have had them done for 4 days now and they are already lifting and the gel polish was VERY splotchy. i went off of a friend's recommendation but i will not be going back. read more
