Very nice place. A friend of mine goes here and told me I should for my quick fix. Get Bonnie! She knows what's up! I got the R44 dip with white chrome on top!

Customer service and quality were just what I needed today! I purchased the gel mani/pedi and the technician was so professional and did exactly what I wanted. This is my favorite nail salon in Auburn/Opelika.

    Behind salon chairs

My 7 year old got a basic pedicure and it was $27, I think that's high. My basic pedicure was $32. Behind the pedicure chairs was gross, nail clippings, dust and lint .

Poor polish application and my cuticles look horrible. :(

Well... I'm not usually the girl to leave a bad review, but... I'll start by saying, I'm new in town and didn't make an appointment, and the world is just starting to emerge from the Covid Coma. I came in for a gel mani/pedi. It was nice, but rushed despite not having but only 1 other customer in the salon. My nails look ok, but not good. The lady who did my nails just clipped and filed her way, she never asked how I wanted them shaped and I left with square and very short nails. :( the gel is not even at the cuticle and I had to scrub gel polish off my fingers before a lunch date. I had to insist that the technician file the sharp corners off before I left. Honestly, you can't tell I had a manicure yeaterday For $100, I expect A LOT more service. I guess I'll keep looking for a nail salon in Auburn. **Update** So it's been just over a week and my Gel Manicure is chipping, peeling and my cuticles look terrible. I have been getting gel manicures for 5+ years and have never had this issue. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this salon. Updated pic attached.

Acrylic overlay on natural nails and clear topcoat with damaged/injured cuticles from service

Nickel and dime you to death. I have recently moved from getting dip powder to acrylic overlay (just overlay, no tips) and usually go to a different salon but I was nearby and used to love this place so I stopped here to get a new set of acrylic overlay. Never again. I told them exactly what I wanted, new set of acrylic overlay, almond shape (which I already had) plus a manicure. The only thing I was told about an up charge was $10 more for the manicure part which I did agree to. Fast forward, I get my "manicure" which actually just consisted of clipping my cuticles (no cuticle remover used and tools that had obviously not been sterilized bc the tech poured alcohol on them to clean) and nothing more. Got my overlay which wasn't terrible but my cuticles were TORN UP from him filing them after application. So much so that two fingers bled. So someone else came to check on me and ended up pulling me over to her table, filing off my polish, reshaping my nails and then replacing my polish. All I got was overlay and a clear coat. Then I go to pay... with fingers throbbing. She tells me I owe SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS! WHAT?!? I asked why if costs $75- $10 for soak off of my previous set, $10 for the "manicure," $5 for any shape that isn't square, and then I just king of blanked from there because I was in shock. At any other salon, I could have walked out of there for $10 more and had a pedicure too! I advised them that maybe next time they should show people their menu if they are going to charge for every single thing they do that should be included in a basic freaking service. INSANE! I will never go back there. Also, 24 hours later and my fingers are still sore. My nails look fine but I am pissed that they think they can just get away with robbing people like that.

Getting an amazing pedicure from these ladies! I mean AMAZING!!

Came in just before closing and the manager said if I didn't mind staying later they would stay as long as I needed. I cannot say better things about this place. I highly recommend the royal pedicure.

Children with disabilities should…read morenever be treated as though they've done something wrong because they experience the world differently. My granddaughter is amazing, and she deserves the same patience, kindness, and respect as every other child. My granddaughter turns five in two days, and her mom wanted to take her somewhere special to get her nails and toes painted for her birthday. Since Long Nails in Opelika is where we usually go, She thought it would be a good experience for her. Before even getting started, she explained that her daughter is autistic and can become restless or distracted. She also told the technician that she might move around and that it was okay if the polish wasn't absolutely perfect. To help make things easier and faster, she even chose gel polish. Despite that conversation, every time my granddaughter moved even slightly, the technician seemed visibly annoyed. There were eye rolls, huffing when she had to reposition her hand in the LED lamp, and an overall lack of patience that made me increasingly uncomfortable. After finishing her nails, the technician asked, "Are you sure you still want me to paint them?" when it was time to do her toes. When Mom said yes and asked if it would take much longer, she rolled her eyes again. At that point, Mom decided to pay for the nails and leave because it wasn't ok to continue allowing a child to be treated that way. It's understand that working with young children can require extra patience. However, she was upfront from the beginning about what to expect, and we don't believe any child should be made to feel like an inconvenience--especially when they're simply trying to enjoy a birthday treat. - Our biggest fear when Rae had gotten her diagnosis last year was that she'd be treated differently because of it. Today that fear became a reality and it truly hurts. There's no reason why her or any other person with a disability shouldn't be able to enjoy an experience because people lack the patience and common decency to treat them with kindness and respect!!
