I went here for an acrylic full set but will not go back and do not recommend. I asked for almond and ended up with some round and the others are "almond." The shape is terrible, they are very chunky, and several of them are crooked. I did make the mistake of not asking if they have pink or nude acrylic prior to starting. However, I did ask if the powder was clear before she began and she said it was "natural." Since I then I had clear, I had to completely change what I was going to get. My nails are also so sore because she had to file them for so long due to her applying a beads of acrylic that were enough for 2 fingers. read more

I am out of town for work, and had to miss my nail appointment at home. So I risked it all and tried a random nail salon! Queen nails is great! It is very clean and pretty. My experience was pretty smooth. From walk in to completion was 1 hour exactly. I had my old dip powder removed, my nails shaped, and new polish applied. She was very kind and made sure that I liked everything before I left. They have only been open for 3 weeks so they gave me a 20% grand opening discount that I wasn't expecting. The only thing that threw me off was the pet dog walking around. If you don't mind animals, it not a huge deal. read more

They don't have a sense of customer service. It was first and last time at this salon. I get a gel-x fill in and they could replicate the design of choice. My pedicure was a horrible experience because the older lady with glasses got an attitude because I wanted to change the orange to a lighter color, then proceeded to walk away because I told her my toe was still crooked. Obviously I will never get my nails done here but now I'm stuck trying to find another place since I moved here from another state. read more

Terrible I sat and no one helped me for 30 minutes. They had me sit for a pedicure and put the water in the tub and just left me there by the time they came back the water was cold read more

They had me wait 2 1/2 hours, took people who came in after me before me, had me sit with my hands in acetone for over an hour so my nails are like paper now, and how long did my nails last? 1 hour before chipping. And it wasn't just regular polish, they charged me $65 for dip nails for them ALL to chip within an hour! Sloppy work, and disrespectful employees (and owners). I made an Appointment to come back to get them fixed the next day and they said they were too busy come back tomorrow, when I told them I can't leave my nails like this for work they said oh well we're busy come back tomorrow. When I requested a refund, they loudly started talking to everyone else about me and said they couldn't give me my money back and to come back tomorrow to get them fixed. I don't want to come back to this establishment ever, I just want my money back for the poor job they did and charged me way too much for. Insult to injury was that I didn't even get the nails I asked for because they said they couldn't do it (I've been here before and they did them), so I got nails that I didn't ask for that only lasted 1 hour. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I was highly disappointed- I asked for a gel manicure and gel pedicure (had acrylic on hand). The gel pedicure turned out really bumpy and not smooth. They didn't soak my nails and ripped off my acrylic on my hands leaving bare skin barely able to use. I had to stop him by saying ouch for him to switch over to soak the rest off. I ended up not getting a gel manicure because how bad he hurt my nail bed. When I brought this up to the manager he was really rude and made me pay for it all regardless with just a $5 dollar discount. I was treated poorly when I was being nice and just telling him from a customer service perspective. I was being very calm and empathetic when I definitely should've been more angry with the lack of respect & customer service. read more

She was super kind and easy to carry on a conversation with. I had no polish on my skin and my nail shape and cuticles look amazing. For $32 it's worth it. Great experience! Not only does this have an excellent location pretty much on campus, the salon itself is sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and has zero odor! I went in last week for a pedicure with a friend. It was their grand opening week. She was quite pleased with her experience but there were a few things that weren't quite right with mine and I had a suspicion the color was wrong. I'm not typically so particular, but I was matching it to a dress I was wearing to a wedding. I emailed the owner and he was highly responsive and very patient with the fact that I couldn't get back for a couple days due to my kids. When I did go back we discovered that the color was mis-labeled on the tag! He redid the color on my toes and since I was feeling fancy for the wedding, I decided to get gel nails for the first time too. The man who did my nails was gentle, swift, and thorough. Because I work with my hands, I tend to build up a lot of extra skin around my nails and he took off just the right amount. Overall I am extremely pleased with the customer service and the fact that they were clearly dedicated to making sure I was happy in the end. Also, I think doing a good job on shorter nails like mine can often be harder than longer nails and they did a great job. I would highly recommend this place! Everyone there was pleasant and happy. Lastly, there's 20% off all services until the end of May! So get yourself over there! read more

Please do not go here. I went in for dip nails and had the worst experience. She filed my nails way too much, filed my cuticles and fingers to the point that they bled. I didn't know what to say because I felt like blood is an obvious reason to stop. The actual nails came out uneven, with large gaps on the side. I was on the verge of tears paying because I hated my nails and just wasted money. I ended up asking for them to be fixed or for a refund, but the owner was very rude and said no refunds but he'd fill in the gaps. His attempts to fix it made it so much worse, I think he just did it to make me leave because I'm sure that's not how gaps are fixed. Once done, he just walked away without saying anything and I had to ask if he was done because my fingers were still covered in dip powder and activator. I walked out crying, went to another salon to have them removed. The other salon, without me explaining, asked who did my nails because they looked so bad. Now my nails are bloody and damaged, on top of the wasted money, and the fact that I did this for my birthday. Beyond the fact that he is a business owner and should care about customers, I'm genuinely so upset that he was completely fine ruining someone else's day. read more
