Well, guess what--it won't come off! Now I'm stuck having to go somewhere else to pay to get this taken off, and my nails will likely be damaged in the process from buffing which is why I haven't used gel in years! You can tell they really care about their clients, not just going through the motions. Anna did my pedicure, and she was incredibly thorough. She cleaned everything so well and paid attention to all the details--my nails have honestly never looked this neat and polished. April was also wonderful very warm, professional, and easy to talk to. She made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. From start to finish, my manicure and pedicure felt smooth and stress-free. The service overall was excellent, and you can really feel that they take pride in what they do. I'm visiting from out of state, and I have to say--I felt really taken care of here. It's not always easy to find that kind of genuine service. They also offer drinks, which was a really nice touch, and they were always happy to bring water or anything I needed. It just made the whole experience feel more elevated. Today was my first visit since their move - not only was it aesthetically gorgeous, but it was also immaculate (not that I would expect anything less). The new salon is trendy, updated and hosts a variety of technology to improve the customer experience. The owners and techs have always been friendly and welcoming, that trait continues in their new place with the added bonus of increased organization with the electronic check in system. I briefly thought about going elsewhere this past weekend while they were closed preparing for the grand opening (poor timing on my part). But, after visiting other salons and/or reading reviews, I couldn't bring myself to receive subpar service. Words cannot express how glad I am that I waited until they were open!! My oldest was happy bc the lady did exactly what she asked when my daughter showed her the pics of her inspiration. My pic I showed from the gentleman, was not close to what I asked for- shape of nail and color. I usually only go for special occasions and every time I have been to lucky nails, they have been great but this time was not. The people there are lovely and I will admit, I am not one to complain. My oldest daughter had a great experience. The nails he did for me were not like the pic I showed the gentleman there and he didn't speak great English. Halfway through, I asked if he could just paint the entire nail the color of the line I wanted. He said he could not. My nails were not the shape I asked and also not the (pink/ low white color I wanted) I did ask for brown instead of black but it still isn't anything I wanted and when I asked if we could just do the entire nail the brown color he didn't understand and said he couldn't. If he could have just fixed it, I would have been happy. It cost me $270. The lady there that did my daughters was amazing and did exactly what she wanted from the inspo pic. It is in the 3rd and 4th photo. My daughter's inspo pic was almost exact to what the nail tech did. So I am happy about that.
