In fact, I like upcycled, recycled stuff that has been bleached, stonewashed, recycled, made in the USA and is rarely ever at the shop. Moreover, it's way too expensive and you can't afford it. So when the woman helping me mentioned a $55 repair charge, I mentioned that I was not aware of a charge. She explained the charge and confirmed the charge would still be $55, which I understood and was happy to pay. But then she turned to her coworker standing next to her and said "life would be pretty great if we all just got repairs for free, right?" She said this right in front of me, laughed, and then continued the transaction. I wish I had taken my necklace back and brought it somewhere else to be fixed, but unfortunately I was caught off guard by this response. This experience was upsetting, and made me feel very embarrassed. For reference - I am in my early 20's and this was my first piece of nice jewelry. I might reconsider going back to this store again after I get my repaired necklace back.

I explained I didn't want it fixed because it was obviously made poorly and for the money I paid last didn't want "someone stitching up thank you very much " She said well I'm not taking it back" This woman can see I am standing there with more clothes to buy today...the right answer is "I am so sorry I know you shop with us often let me give you a credit towards your purchase today. She was beyond rude thus I put down the clothes I was going to purchase and picked up my phone to write this yelp review. I will not shop there again. If you are going to have top prices then you best have top customer service to match it. Shameful behavior especially given the number of places to mediocre overpriced children's items in this area.
