We collaborated on designing the bedrooms, the main living space and the kitchen- tackling many decisions along the way. She introduced me to rugs and furniture I might never have explored on my own, helping me create spaces aligned with my desired style. I posted three pictures, and will post an additional one of the kitchen once the Belgian Club Loveseat and two Copa chairs arrive. Beyond her design expertise, Kyla was highly professional and diligent in following up on multiple orders, ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. The only response I got was from the rep who virtually said, she spoke to her support team who said yes...theyve seen this happen and there is nothing they can do and by the way....it's now discontinued so 'sorry'. THAT was it. Nothing further on perhaps arriving at a more friendly solution. Nothing from their headquarters. Nothing from customer service. So maybe next time I want to do another home re-haul...I will take my six figure spending dollars to ARHAUS. POINT: THIS WAS A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND SERENA AND LILY DID NOT HAVE A NOTE SPECIFYING THIS ITEM WOULD HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF FADING. BUYER BEWARE!! We are courteous to anyone who walks in the store. My daughter just bought a gift there and because she only spent $30 she was refused a bag with the excuse of "we don't have anymore." Really?!
