I have been a loyal customer and supporter ever since. I have never had a need to have a cigarette and any problems I have ever encountered they have fixed immediately. By problems I mean I have gone to cloud factory while Smoke-less was closed and even though it wasn't their mistake they have bent over backwards to correct someone else's mistake. The manager there now is beyond knowledgeable and is amazing with his customers. Their products are top notch. Heck, I have had my mod for four years and just finally switched it up. They are more concerned with making repeat sales than a quick sale. In other words, they preach safety first. They know their products, uses and limitations. If one salesperson does not know about a product, they will refer you to the one who does, rather than BS you for a sale. One thing I did like, when purchasing my first regulated box mod (the part that holds the batteries), is that even given a budget (say up to $300) they will determine what best suits YOUR needs, and not what brings in the most profit. I did just that. I gave the salesperson a Dollar amount cap and they came in well below that, about half actually, and I got literally every thing I needed. A regulated 100w mod, a tank, atomizers, e-juice, batteries (high quality-they don't even carry budget batteries) some wire, cotton, an ohm meter, 30 minutes or so of Q/A safety information, and even gave a discount and a couple freebies. (like a few feet of wire to play with *play meaning twist into unusable coils while learning* lol. I'm not saying anything for or against other local shops, since I only shop here, but I will say, I will recommend this shop to anyone new to vaping and e-cigs. The sales associates here are very knowledgable and bend over backwards to make sure you get what you need in order to reach your goals.. they can be somewhat aggressive when it comes to sales, but it has only been bothersome once or twice. If you're looking to quietly browse a store, this may not be the place for you. Another thing I like about this location is that they custom blend protein shakes with fresh ingredients right there in the store. You can build your own protein shake, ie low carb versions, or weight gainers, with various other healthy ingredients like milk, honey, cinnamon and a number of different fruits. There is also an a la carte menu for the shakes, but I like to customize mine myself. There are two reasons I didn't give 5 stars, but neither by itself is something I can really blame on the branch. The first is that I could see someone new to training getting a bit intimidated by the huge bodybuilder sales associates that work there. They're very enthusiastic about their jobs, which is good, but I could see someone new to supplements shying away from that. The second is that I find the prices a little high. Again I hesitate to entirely blame the chain..so many of the fitness products get made in the US and subjected to import duties.. It makes it virtually impossible to compete with the online stores that I usually use. Therein lies the trade off.. sometimes its nice to have a brick and mortar shop where you can see and hold a product before buying it..but you pay more..versus online stores where you pay less but don't get to physically see the product first and you don't get the benefit of the knowledge that the sales associates have (they are clearly very involved in lifting) So to sum it up, I definitely recommend....but check prices online as well as in store to make sure you get the best deal.
