After all parties met in her office and signed the paperwork I took them to the clerk of courts to be filed. On October 16th I got a letter from Family Court saying that there are quite a few sections with incomplete or incorrect sections. I called her to express that I wanted a refund and she had me email her the letter from the court. She called me back today (October 17th) and informed me that it wasn't her fault. At that point I handed my boyfriend the phone and he asked how it wasn't her fault and what she was going to do to fix it.... She hung up on him. Now she isn't accepting our calls. Please find someone else to help you with your paperwork or any other things you need. I wasted $485 and can only hope that no one else does the same.
