We came on a sunday at 11pm, so felt like there were minimal serving staff, so food took longer than expected, but the serving staff was very nice, and attentive. Service, environment, cleanliness, cute holiday decorations, sports on TV, 4.5 out of 5 Food was more of a 3, best thing we got was the Poke nachos, loved the fried wonton chips, nice cuts of tuna, great toppings. regular fries and parmesan fries were good, standard restaurant fries Philly cheese steak was ok, meat was good, bread was too thick and chewie. Burger was ok, average meat and bread. Fish and chips were ok, nice crisp, batter not too dense, needed seasoning, very plain. Chicken wings were ok, little dry, not too much flavor. Cool for groups, lots of alcohol options, good kid options, food was average. I would come back if I was in the area, and had a large group, and wanted alcohol. Dragon egg, neutral.

I sat on the patio with my German shepherd and my Doberman. I even came inside to let the lady with green hair know that I was outside. I was completely unattended. No one came out to check on us. No one asked if we needed anything. The good news is I ordered the fish and chips and it came out a little bit cold and I was unfortunately disappointed. I really enjoyed this place. I really enjoyed the view but unfortunately the service didn't live up to the hype And by the way I still left a 22% tip I'm not that type of patron who won't leave a tip, but I was really disappointed with the service. I like to take my dogs to arrowhead village and bop around from restaurant to restaurant order a beer and a small appetizer and just explore. I really hope they get it together because the competition is very fierce out there.

We always look forward to stopping at Outpost Café on our way home from Vegas! Walking into the…read morerestaurant gives you a sense of nostalgia for times when you knew the people in your community and life was less complicated. The interior has a true, old school, country diner vibe that instantly is relaxing and welcoming. A little dim, alotta wood, a long counter, lots of comfortable booths, and a decent sized patio for folks to go have their smokes. The waitresses are easy going, friendly, and very on top of checking on diners & keeping our drinks full. On our very first visit, our waitress recommended the freshly made potato chips that come with house made bleu cheese and/or ranch and they are AMAZING!! It's the first thing we order and it's something we crave. Breakfast is served all day. At our latest visit, we had a feast. We started with the chips we'd been craving, had the Grilled BLT burger, Classic Eggs Benedict, and finished it all with coconut cream pie and apple pie à la mode. SO GOOD!! Considering the generous entree portions AND our scrumptious desserts, we took half of the chips and dressing home. (And they reheated beautifully in the air fryer!) And now I'm craving those chips and bleu cheese dressing :/ But seriously though, if I lived in the neighborhood, I'd get those chips at least once a week!

Fresh squeezed orange juice isn't as common as it should be, but it's worth the charge for each glass! I am fairly certain I had at least 3. My oldest daughter has a hard time ordering and got flustered when it was her turn. The waitress was so polite and patient, she gave us extra time and came back later to add my daughter's choice before sending our ticket to the kitchen. The waitress made sure that we knew there was no pressure and to let her take her time. Being a truck driver for 15+ years means that my husband is not a fan of truck stop restaurants, but after breakfast he said he wouldn't mind coming back again in the near future. That's quite the compliment.

I come here frequently to either play pickle ball with the Yucaipa Pickleball club, take my son to the playground, and even for a date picnic with my wife. The park is well-maintained and the city has invested a lot of money and time into keeping the Park updated and continually making changes based off of the needs and requests of the community. I absolutely recommend bringing your family here for some safe, fun and activities!

There have been a few changes in the past few years here. The dog park is closed but it is my understanding that the city will be reopening it again over by the gazebo area. The skatepark is closed and the covered courts area has been expanded to where the skatepark used to be. Yucaipa's main skatepark is over next to the high school off of 13th street. The new covered area is now home to 4 permanent pickleball courts which makes for an amazing space for youth who may not have their own nets yet and for anyone to come play in the shade. Yucaipa Pickleball Club reserves these courts for club play through the city. Club hours are generally in the mornings and the 4th Saturday of the month. The food is excellent, the drinks are string, & the overall menu is great. A typical dinner for two can be around $200 or more, but the panoramic views are amazing. However, at that price point, you would expect impeccable service & an elegant ambiance. However, instead, the seating has some ripped chairs, and parts of the dining area is disorganized/ cluttered. Also, oftentimes the kitchen runs out of certain food items, & the service is sometimes slow/ inattentive.

To start we made Friday night dinner reservations for 7pm, place was pretty empty, as we were escorted to our table (in the center of the restaurant) I asked if a booth would be available (the sun glare off a mirror decor was hitting us) our hostess immediately said no they were all booked for the evening, Uhm ok there was about 5 open and again it was pretty empty at that time. However as we sat seated for about 5 minutes I saw her seat another table (2 guests) and when the female asked for a booth same hostess looked around and said ok and moved them over from the table to a booth again quite a few booths were open. Our server was very attentive and informed us of the dinner for 2 special (salad, asparagus, loaded mashed potatoes, lobster tail and bone in rib eye) for $208. Not a bad deal and we were already going to have the rib eye and share. He also substituted the loaded mashed potatoes for wedge potatoes for my husband. We ordered our steak med-rare however when it arrived it was pretty dry, I cut the fat cap off and found it dry, chewy and tough for a rib eye lacking flavor, I had to ask for salt. The lobster tail was a good size but also was overcooked (rubbery) when we tried to cut through it we found it had a tough texture and even though we used a steak knife it didn't easily cut. The rib eye had a heavily charred crust almost burnt on one portion, between the 2 of us we didn't even finish 1/2 and only had 2 bites of the lobster tail. We had them pack up all the remaining food. The table bread and 2 flavored butters were our favorite part of the meal sadly.
