She also said that it would take a couple days to show up in my returns, when the UPS store returns show up instantly, so I'm not sure what the issue is here. I've decided to not drop off packages here again, because I don't like taking chances. Luckily, the Amazon app offers many different choices for dropping off returns. I've been to this location many, many times. The employees are friendly and efficient. There's a…read morekiosk now for quick Amazon returns and UPS drop-off which saves a lot of time if you don't want to wait in line or if you're in a hurry. I've used the Amazon kiosk (it's a touchscreen) to scan returns where Amazon provided the label and I still have the box. There's a slot next to the kiosk where smaller items can go into the bin. The kiosk also provides a receipt (and a label, if you scan a QR code). For larger items, that don't fit into the slot, I wait in line to speak with an employee and get my receipt (proof of return). This location also provides mailboxes with an address not a PO Box number, shredding service, photos, and more. It's conveniently located near the mall and near Best Buy.
