I called this place to see if they could put my associations logo on a polo shirt. They told me they could and that they would email a sample of what it would look like. I waited a day for them to email the sample but never got it, I called them the next day to verify my email address with them. As it turns out, they had it wrong, so I gave them the correct email. Still no sample. The next day I went to the place in person to see if they could make the shirt I wanted. They showed me the logo, but it had some writing below it that they had prepared for someone else. They told me they would be able to take the writing off and put just the logo on the shirt. I ordered the shirt, about 2 weeks later, they sent me a text and let me know that the shirt had been finished. When I went down to pick up the shirt. They put the logo with the writing on the shirt. They apologized and said they would order me a new shirt. They sent me another text asking me to approve the logo and also told me they would email me the form that I needed to approve the logo, on the text, they indicated they still had my email wrong. An hour later, I called them to again correct the email. And they still couldn't get it right and actually didn't even know who I was. I let them know. I was frustrated and not happy with the service I am getting from them and voiced that I wonder if the new shirt is even going to come out as it should. Peter said that he would be happy to cancel the order completely, I said yes, please do. 5 minutes later, he called me and said that he did not know how to reverse the charge on my credit card. And that he needed my address so that he could send me a check. It doesn't appear that anyone in this organization has any professional business skills. read more

You name it and they have it. They are efficient and extremely professional. Everything gets done in a timely manner. The products come out nicely ONCE YOU RECEIVE THEM! Hattrix is unorganized, no systems in place for customers and Peter provided the worst customer service. He literally got in my face and acted like I was one of the guys. Long story short, one out of 4 items was ever located. Peter's brother/partner is the kindest gentleman. He came out and told Peter to leave our heated conversation and he was very helpful. Just his demeanor alleviated the issue. Highly recommend this place!!! So we were out at family's in Victorville for our son's first birthday party ! The family all had matching puppy pals themed shirts but somehow the birthday boy's shirt did not get ordered (from a website our family got them from ). Called Hattrix on a Friday late afternoon and they were able to create a onesie for us no problem and match our party theme colors. I haven't received any goods yet, so this review is only for the customer service at this point. They have a contract to make clothing for the company I work for, so I emailed my order, and didn't hear anything back for ~2 weeks. I asked a rep at my company if they could confirm the email I used to contact them. They emailed to inquire about the order and didn't hear anything back. About a week after that I emailed again and inquired on the status of the order. About a week after that email (a full month after I sent the order in, with no contact thus far) I got a call from a gentleman named Peter who told me that there was a damaged item in the order that caused a delay. He was almost ready to hang up when I had to ask how I even pay for this order, or where it'll be shipped (questions that should definitely have been on his radar if he was planning on fulfilling the order). He said they'd ship the order out at that day. After not receiving anything for a couple weeks I called AGAIN. Peter answered and said that they still had the order and that they'd be shipping it out that day (what a coincidence), and that he'd include a hat for the inconvenience. I appreciated the gesture, but this is simply inexcusably bad customer service. Honestly, I don't give a damn how good the quality is at this point. Choose this company if you don't mind having to babysit and constantly reach out to them in order to get your order fulfilled. read more

I have been going to Hatrix for the past 2 years. It started out as team sweatshirts for my daughters softball team. Then I needed aprons for my family's epic Christmas cookie baking day. This year it was Allstar shirts and hats for 5 teams. Of course the timeline was ridiculously short and without hesitation James and Peter both said no problem. There work is flawless and the designs for the shirts and aprons put smiles on everyone's faces. I'm so happy to have found such a great team. I have worked with this shop before on projects and had a wonderful turn out, so when I needed a shirt designed on short notice I of course contacted them again. My initial correspondence with Peter was great but I did need a quick turn around so I dropped a curtsy call to make sure everything was on track and there was no other information they needed plus I needed to let them know what size shirts I needed. I was meet on the other line with irritation and a lady telling me that a 24 hour turn around time was typical and reasonable and someone would be getting in contact with me about my order. Nobody ever contacted me. Today is the day I needed my order and still no one has contacted me. I am extremely disappointing and will not be using this shop in the future. I am local so when someone asks me about custom shirt designs I will direct them to not use this shop. read more
