So I went back to have 2 baseball hats made for baseball season, since I'd be coaching a Little League team for La Conner again. I asked if they had the traditional 'Block' Lettering Logo for LC, like you see everywhere - San Diego Padres, SF Giants, LA Dodgers, etc. They didn't, but "they could set that up", they assured me. I was clear I wanted a block L bisecting a block C, and I even drew a picture just to be clear. I paid more than $40 for 2 hats (I realized there would be an embroidery set up fee), but the hats I received were bad. The C wasn't really a block letter, and the lower part of the L was lower than it should have been. We had a game the next day, so I paid and left with the hats. I never wore the hat after those l 14 or 16 baseball games. (I gave 1 to our Asst Coach.) But I was never happy about those hats. I expected more. Then my wife found it in the garage the other day. Ugh. I can't stand this hat. So, for trophies, I think Mister T's does a great job. And if they already have an embroidery pattern they can show you that they've used dozens of times before, that's probably OK as well. But I can't recommend any custom embroidery from them.

I inquired by email and was informed "Please note this notice from my home page: "Please note: We will be closed 23 July - 5 Aug 2021." " I'm not sure why that notice could not have been added to the "Check Order Status" reply. But, I was promised it would not be long - a few days. I let it go another few weeks, and asked again. This time I received the following: "Your order was complete and ready to ship on 8/23/21.  I was unable to process the payment information you submitted with you order.  I emailed an invoice explaining the same and offered some additional payment options.  After a couple day with no response, I canceled the order.  I still have the finished rockers sitting here.  I just resent the invoice, if you would like to proceed, please use one of the options included with the invoice to submit your payment and these are ready and will ship as soon as payment is received." I never received an email with an invoice. he says it was sent using an automated system and that system must have messed up the email address. I quickly contacted him using the email string we had established, paid via PayPal and he shipped the UIMs (which look good). During the order process, I had given email and phone number. I double checked and both were correct I had also contacted them several times via email. Yet, they couldn't locate me to tell me there was a problem? Their product is good. Their communications is lousy.
