Heritage Sign Company is the best! Pat and Cindy are a great…read moreteam. Cindy was our first point of contact and she was friendly, responsive and helpful. Pat, the sign fabricator, was equally so. This is notable because it's not every day that you encounter a contractor with these characteristics. Together they assisted us in creating a custom exterior sign and 6 interior LED neon art pieces and went so above and beyond for us. First, Pat generated renderings to ensure that the designs were correct according to our vision. Then he took the time to show us samples of the neon colors in order to help us choose the right one. His expertise and guidance went a long way in making sure that we went with options that would last and make the color stand out during daylight. Heritage dealt directly with the City of Lancaster in order to obtain the necessary permits, as well as with our electrician to ensure proper wiring and installation for the interior and exterior. He even added a cool feature where the interior LED neon can be connected to an app that allows for customization options with the colors. The results are absolutely stunning, as the photos will show. We recently had the exterior painted black and it looks even more amazing! We wanted to have 3 neon signs in our top 3 windows but had to hold off, so Pat threw in complimentary custom decals for those windows in order for us to at least have something there until we are ready to have neon signs installed. On top of all this, he offered to help remove the flower boxes below 2 of the windows because he had the equipment to safely reach that height whereas we did not. Not only that, but he actually came twice all the way from East Palmdale to West Lancaster with a heavy-duty truck to assist with this because the first time there were people already on the Blvd and he couldn't get his truck in there. As if this wasn't enough, Pat generously offered to make us decals for our front and back doors as a thank you for our business. He patiently revised the layout according to our preferences and had them installed within days.
