Another great experience at this business today. They were efficient and affordable and the work they did on our new company vehicle was perfect. I wouldn't trust anyone else in town with a brand new car. These guys are professional and they have the equipment on site to print what decals or wraps your car needs. I placed a order with these clowns for my business and was told it would only take a few days, after 5 days I called to find out the status and was told they would call me right back. After 3 days I called back just to be told they had takin on too much work and my order hadn't even been started. I had ordered door hangers through a different company, but my father in law works with Adiel quite a bit. I went with them instead of the other company even though it was $100 more because he said that they would be ready by Thursday the following week, I placed the order on Thursday, July 2nd. When I called, he said that weren't in and they should be in the Friday. He called me on Friday morning saying he didn't know when they would be in. He used the holiday, which was on a Saturday, as an excuse. He also said that he would email me the tracking information, but never did. My husband went in on the following Tuesday, 5 days after the said it would be in, and told him they didn't know when it would be in. My husband told him if they didn't call us by the end of the day, we were going to ask for our money back. Got a call from them this morning saying that our order was out for delivery and would be in after 3. Got a call from them not an hour later saying they were there and we could pick them up. He didn't even come and greet us when we showed up to pick them up. No professional courtesy!! First and last time we will use them. It is a shame because they did excellent work, but no customer service! read more
