Not a single item we've ordered has taken less than 3 weeks as there is ALWAYS an issue (''router is down, metals not in stock"). We are still waiting on routed letters to be fixed that have been on our building for weeks and the quoted price was doubled at time of delivery due to their measurements being incorrect. At this point, the only reason we have continued waiting is because they require a deposit and I did not have the time to find another company to complete the work. I would not recommend this company (at least this location) to anyone, ever.
