I…read moreshould've known something would go wrong when The quote they gave me changed, price increased by $200. I went with them anyway. First of all the communication was horrible! They said they would go out to the cemetery by a certain date.... That never happened, I had to call to get updates. By the end of October 2024. They finally went out there but only did 25% of the I paid for. When I called to inquire about it, I was told we would have to wait until March 2025 because they don't work on headstones during the winter months. March and April 2025 came and went. After several time of calling to get an update I sent them an email requesting a refund. Two days later they show up to do the work. When I finally got a hold of someone I was told it was some girl that was working there that messed up on the order. They took no accountability for their lack of communication and commitment as a vendor. I will never give them my business ever again. If you do be ready to be doing all the follow up and making them do the work that you pay for... with a surprise of an increase in the quote the give you.
