Their quote wasn't the cheapest but it wasn't the most costly either. His crew consisted of two people - father/son combo of Dave and Andrew. They demo'd the existing structure on a Wednesday morning and part of the afternoon. The last couple hours was spent offloading the materials for the new aluminum structure. They worked all Thursday on the new patio cover. Dave was in our attic and ran electrical for the three ceiling fans with lights, two electrical outlets and an on/off light switch. Not only did they cut the conduit, they apparently destroyed my drainage system in my courtyard. I have had problems ever since they finished. The owner came out after the cracks started, but did nothing. I understand that it could happen, but definitely not to the extent it did in the backyard. Most other areas did not crack. It's the destruction they caused without repairing me or telling me. They also needlessly took out the clean out basin for my front rain gutter which was hidden by plants and no where near where they replaced the cement

Cloud Nine Construction company installed a shower in my guest bath that we have had nothing but…read moreproblems. The shower backs to my hall wood floor....within a short time I noticed bumbles appearing in my wood floor and I contacted the floor person.....bumbles in the wood is water damage!! By means of attempting several solutions to no avail, we have to totally tear down and redo after only 3 1/2 yrs. We realized the leaking has to be an issue under the floor......The pan was put in wrong, so it drained out around it in one of the corners! The Cloud Nine owner, Gilbert, refused to assist when I wanted to find out who installed the glass doors as we were trying to attempt to have more reap holes drilled thinking that might help drainage! His response, was, it's no longer under warranty! You don't care about warranty when your trying to fix a leaking problem damaging your floor. The attitude of the owner was uncooperative. Their Installation was not done correctly and has had cost & headaches to try to fix! No stars from my experience with Cloud Nine Construction!
