The customer service rep with dyed red hair with a white streak and long decorative fingernails was horrible, rude, dismissive and condescending as if she had other things to do rather than help a customer. She took my flash drive and plugged it into the computer and said that it wasn't compatible with their computer and she couldn't help me. This is confusing because 2 weeks ago, I came in with the same flash drive and the worker made me a copy of a photo off the same flash drive with no problem. Not sure why she was so rude but I drove over to the UPS store nearby and had my photo printed off, no problem. Because of that one horrible worker, I won't be returning to Fed Ex at that location again.

The items were ready the next day at a fair price. My husband picked up the order and noticed the signs were printed double-sided which we didn't want. They should have charged us less (half?) for the signs since we were only able to display six instead of twelve.
