This UPS Store is near Gallivan Plaza downtown. I rode TRAX train public transportation Blue Line to the Gallivan station. This UPS Store is a very short walk from the train station. All I needed to do was drop off a large envelope containing paperwork with postage already on it. They gladly accepted it and put it with their outgoing mail. I've been using the UPS store for over 10 years. They just informed me if I get more than 12 packages a month I will be charged extra per package. I won't be using the UPS store anymore !!! They have become like the airlines looking for every way possible to nickel and dime you to death. I pay a monthly fee for the box, I pay to send packages and now get to pay again for each package I receive over their limit. NO THANK YOU!!!!!!! read more

I have used this location a few times for Amazon returns and there is a clerk that is rude and not the least bit friendly. This has occurred more than once. I would recommend not using this location. read more

Online order to pick up the next day. (about $200 worth of services). The in-store customer service was unfriendly and indifferent! Not only was the order not complete upon pick-up, it was wildly incorrect; prints made incorrectly, not hole-punched, orientation wrong. The associate blamed the error on me saying that was the way it was uploaded... only to later reveal that was wrong. I don't know if they just don't verify the correctness of the order or not but I was wildly unimpressed. My first time using UPS printing services. Likely, my only time using this store. I'll try another store, in hopes of better luck. read more

I come here quite often to get color prints made since I have no printer. I NEED COLOR. They don't have self automated printing like kinkos, however I prefer coming here because they can print large high quality files when kinkos machines freeze if it's over 10mb-- **when you do bring in colored prints make sure they are PDF otherwise their system might not read it right and also their prints come out more saturated and add red so have them to a test print to make sure it looks good before they print too many. Prep it by desaturating it and maybe adding some blue.. Ha I know that's a pain but it's the reality. Staff is awesome and friendly-- so that's always a plus read more

BEWARE: Receiving packages at ANY UPS store downtown, they will charge you $5-$10 per package. Better to coordinate delivery elsewhere or pick up/ship buy supplies at: UPS Customer Center at 2040 Parkway Blvd. 84119. Employee I encountered was not friendly unlike other stores I've used. Very helpful staff who took their time with my wife and I when we had a number of different things that we needed to get done. Notary service at the standard rate on 5 bucks per signature. Quality shipping supplies available. They even bent the rules a little to let us use their laptop to access an important document from our email. The three stars could be temporary because the city is doing a bunch of street repairs directly in front of the store. We had to park down the street and walk about a block and a half. Also there is not a whole lot of counter space if you want to get your papers in order for mailing. read more

I had already contacted a Fex Ex store who gave me a crazy quote to pack a digital piano I was selling on Ebay. Their estimate was $200 to create a custom box - that was just for packaging. Preston was able to combine all the pieces into one box, carefully packed, for $50. He called me as soon as it was done. I was really impressed with the customer service and the follow through. My current delivery driver for West Valley is excellent. When he delivers a package he always rings the door bell. Don't know if our current driver is out on vacation but, delivery driver did not ring the door bell this week. Many of us are at home and we can pickup up our delivery ASAP. I personally have had a few thefts so I appreciate the heads up that my package is on the door step. I would recommend that this be standard operating procedure to ring the door bell to help prevent other from stealing our merchandise. read more
