I was in Salt Lake City for a conference and had to get my poster printed last minute to add in new data we just got in for my presentation. FedEx usually does same day printing but due to the overload of people printing from the conference, they were unable to take my order. Zion Printing was a lifesaver and rushed my order on the same day, having my order ready within a few hours of placing it. The customer service was amazing and they were very kind and communicative about the price. They were so focused on getting my order ready that they didn't even charge me until later that day because they were prioritizing my project. I couldn't recommend these people enough, with their excellent service and quick response time. The poster was also very high quality and they let me know immediately when my order was ready, giving me several updates throughout the day keeping me informed about where they were in the printing process. I happened to walk in unannounced and was kindly greeted by a wonderful man who I later learned was the store owner, who introduced himself as Robbie, but as I read up on the establishment, I learned his name is Sohrabi. I was not able to get my printing done, as it was nearing closing time, and he apologized that his printers were temporarily down. But here I am, still giving this company 5 stars, because of how personable and caring he was, and was genuinely apologetic. Many other companies would not be so caring, and yet Sohrabi left a much appreciated positive impression. I live out of town, but if I lived locally, I would support this business every chance I get. Kind, fast, and truly customer oriented. I was in SLC for an academic conference and went to Zion to print 350 fliers. Within a few minutes they were ready for pickup. The owner packaged them in shrink wrap and even divided some of the individual pages with cardstock separators so they wouldn't get mixed up. Overall a great experience! read more

But the bigness of the company almost works against them. One of the reasons I often choose local companies is because of the kind of service and attention I get. When you order with them, there's a real push to do it online. That's great if you know what you need and what you're doing, but for someone who doesn't have this stuff made every couple of months it could be difficult and you may find the service at a smaller shop to be more up your alley. In a world where online printing companies are now super, super, UBER cheap it's often going to be more affordable to just send it off to Texas or California, even with shipping. I mean, if I'm submitting it all online anyway it becomes a pure price game. The good news is that they are local and real people do work there, so you can work a little closer with them if you need to. They've been around a long time and can handle just about any size project. And it's not just banners--they do tablecloths, car wraps, stand up banners, window banners (decals? wraps?) and a whole host of other promotional or products. Give the website a whirl if you're curious, but realize that if you're going to get a banner or project done just online, you can do a little research and save some money. Hopefully they'll be willing to walk you through it if you go in or pick up the phone.

After manning a table at a couple of events I was hooked and sought to improve the professionalism of our presence. The first thing I needed was signage with a stand. A Google search led me to Sugar House which had the largest selection of banner fabrics and stands, I designed what at that time was an awesome piece, they did a beautiful job of printing it, it arrived in plenty of time for my next event, and the durable banner and stand continue to serve me well. Their after-sale service was incredible - I received several emails asking if everything was to my satisfaction and requesting a photo of my banner in action. This photo is still on their website! They're not the cheapest, but you can't beat their quality, selection and service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for full-service banner work.

I had my Truck Wrapped but only finished 3/4 of it then wanted to reschedule..... since then…read more... I've been dealing with this crap since February. because I couldn't get a reply or get it finished I paid to have it removed because I'm not driving around with 3/4 of my truck in wrap. the other thing is your employee (Tommy) removed my hitch(not sure why) and left in the bed of my truck. by doing so he lost or misplaced my locking pin. after removing the wrap I can see where he put glue on every edge on my truck, he used a razor blade to remove the emblems but when he did he cut and scratched and cut my truck to the metal. I had to pay $54 to replace the pin, another cost is $450 for a Detail shop to clean and buff out the scratches (they said they can't fix the cuts but will do their best) all this I said before in a VM and Email over the last 4 weeks
