I can't speak to their performance in general, but in my case, it felt like little to no meaningful work was done. For two months, the only updates I received were that Mr. Dodge was attempting--unsuccessfully--to access IRS transcripts. On December 5, I uploaded an IRS Intent to Levy and a Request for a Collection Due Process Hearing through the CashTracks portal. These are time-sensitive documents with a December 31 deadline, yet I received no response. After calling twice on December 15, Mr. Dodge said he would call back in 30 minutes. He later admitted he had just called the IRS during that window. The update he provided was minimal and gave me no confidence the deadline would be met. When I raised concerns about the lack of progress over two months, his tone became defensive. My CPA successfully worked on multiple IRS matters during the shutdown, so attributing the lack of progress to IRS availability does not align with my experience. The communication and follow-through I experienced do not reflect a company with five-star ratings. I ultimately discontinued the relationship and pursued another solution.
