Not only did Mark and his crew, especially Kirk, do an incredible job painting my entire townhome, but time after time they went above and beyond to do a ton of extra things for me at no charge. When my tenant moved out two weeks ago, I decided to sell my townhome. I knew it needed a good paint job so that I could sell it quickly, so I called up four painters to get bids. When Mark came out to give me a quote, he was the only one who spent over an hour looking at the walls, ceilings, trim, etc. It was clear that he knew exactly what needed to be done to make my townhome look its best. Out of the four quotes, one was cheaper than Mark, and two charged more. However, the cheaper one had kindof a tantrum when he found out there would be furniture in the townhome when it had to be painted, and since now he had to "take time to cover up all the furniture," he upped his price by $200. I knew I didn't want to work with him. After meeting Mark and seeing how thorough and professional he was, I knew I could trust Mark 100% to do the best job possible. He also always returned my calls and texts right away. The other nice thing about Mark is that he did not charge me any kind of deposit. The other three painters all wanted a huge deposit up front (1/3 to 1/2 down.) The biggest challenge in my townhome was the living room ceiling. It had a huge crack in it and was sagging. I knew I could never sell my townhome with a defective ceiling, but no worries - Mark went to work and fixed it 100%. He made it look better than new - you would never know there had ever been a crack there. Mark also repaired the bathroom wall and caulked the two bathtubs for me. He made sure everything he and his crew did looked perfect. Even though Mark did so many extra things for me, he never once asked for a penny more than our original contract. One of the extra things that Gator Painters did for me was when Kirk hung up the shelving that had fallen down in the bedroom closet. This was not part of the contract, but he did this for me just to be nice. Not only were Mark and Kirk the most amazing painters ever, but they also are wonderful, kind people who really care about their customers. There are no words to say how grateful I am to them for all the hard work they did to fix my townhome, and to paint every inch of it so perfectly. I am so happy that I found Gator Painters. I recommend them 100% to anyone who wants to hire the best painters ever! Thank you, Mark and Kirk, for an amazing paint job and for all the extras you did for me. You are beyond awesome! P.S. Spoke with them quickly through text and arranged for an approximate price. They showed up within minutes of when they said they would. They were super polite and friendly. The wife is no easy task master and these guys responded by simply doing what she asked with a yes ma'am. I give them a lot of credit. They probably spent a little longer than anticipated here so we threw them a few dollars extra but it seemed that it was not expected but appreciated. They were reasonably priced especially for how well they cleaned up and were respectful of our property. We will be using them again for other services.
