Had an appointment today at 1:45pm. Took the day off work and drove 40 miles to see Dr. Vivian. At…read moreabout 3 mins away, my GPS disconnected. I pulled over to call for directions. It was 1:36pm. I told the receptionist that I needed directions and she said she would connect me to the Fort Worth office. I was on hold for about 10 minutes. Karen at the Fort Worth office answered the phone and I told her I was in the neighborhood and just needed the final directions to the office. She said, "I'm sorry, but it is past 1:45pm and we'll have to reschedule your appointment". It was 1:46pm. I told her, "But I'm right here. I'm 3 mins away. Plus I took off work for this and drove 40 miles." She said "I'm sorry. We'll have to cancel your appointment." So they did. I did a u-turn and went all the way back home crying; plus I won't get paid today because I don't have a doctor's note.

When I called to make my appointment the woman who answered the phone was so short and rude that I immediately had anxiety about my appointment. If the receptionist was so rude how could the Dr be any better? The day is my appointment came and I decided to cancel my appointment because I just couldn't bring myself to get over the first interaction with this office. She was of course extremely rude and hung up without even saying anything. Might I suggest getting a front desk staff who's slightly more inviting especially considering you run a mental health facility?

Due to service issues and junky equipment that constantly falls out of place, and lack of confidence that their 20yo part-time college student tech actually knew what they were doing, I decided not to roll the dice with my brain, so I raised my concerns with their part-time/contractor physician, who is extremely difficult to underrstand. Ultimately I decided to stop treatment, and thank God I did. They're all too happy to sell you on the service and tell you that your insurance is pre-authorized (Blue Cross PPO), but then the invoices started rolling in, and you will NOT be able to get them on the phone to resolve it. Before you buy anything from them, try calling the ph# on their bills (833-766-5613) and ask to speak with someone in billing. What a nightmare.
