Mind you, I only get one off day out of the week, and it was wasted on not even having time to get my massage done. I wasn't offered to be fit in, because all other staff was "busy", nor did she offer to reschedule or compensate me for the time/money wasted and unprofessional first time experience with this spa, so I ended up wasting my gas and half of my off day on absolutely nothing!
