They're stiff, they don't look natural and all the lashes were mixed sizes! I'm like why are they all over the place sizes. She said because we didn't have the in between number. I was like, you should've told me and I would have told you to leave them all the same size, UGH! Then they were like, we'll trim them a little. Oh, god! Made it worse. I was like stop. Just stop! All in all, Steven did a great cut on my hair, it seriously looks so good. The one thing I didn't love was how blunt/short my bangs were cut. I do look more professional/serious, which is great, just wish my bangs were cut to how I described I wanted them. They serve complimentary wine/water/etc. Very upscale and neat salon. They offer facials as well. All in all, I am very happy and will be returning.
