I was referred to Ten Dental by my dentist, but unfortunately my experience with them was very…read morenegative. I went to both the Balham and Clapham branch. First, I was booked in with the wrong type of professional. That ended up being a waste of time and caused delay in my orthodontic treatment, but one mistake is no big deal. Unfortunately there's more. I was then booked in with the right professional and charged a full fee, because this was the second consultation (even though they had made a mistake). This professional thoroughly examined my mouth, and then while we were talking he asked "you don't have any wisdom teeth left, do you?". That was very concerning since I have a clearly visible wisdom tooth. Of course I wasn't going to work with this person, so I booked in with another specialist and paid the price they quoted. Then, two days before my appointment, they asked me for more money (about double what I paid) and refused to see me without the extra payment. You can't quote a price and then ask for more money after the patient agrees, so I asked for a refund. I also asked to speak to the practice manager and after 10 days I haven't been contacted. This has also caused months of delay in my orthodontic treatment.

The miss information across the dentists in the practise is beyond belief. When I questioned them about this I was told " well dentists have difference of opinions". I could possibly accept that however when it involves removing some of my my teeth you would have thought they would agree. If you go to a doctor they don't quibble not like these cowboys. I spent a fortune with them what a waste of money. Their work was so bad that when I went on holiday for two weeks I ended up in a French dentist twice with the dentists commenting on how bad the workmanship was on my teeth, this was two separate dentists. Don't go there.

Wow, have to find a new dentist!…read more So I've had a couple of great experiences here. Dr Ove is gentle and doesn't yell at me for drinking tea and red wine. I was way overdue for a check up so I phoned to see if I could get in with him. They said they don't take appointments but he'd be there between 2-5:00 on a certain day. I got there right before 2 and when I checked in, they said it would be well over an hour before he could see me. So that isn't going to cut it as a "lunch break" out of the office. Unfortunately, since I have to be at work almost all the hours they're open, this place is an utter fail for me. I can't believe they won't take appointments for dental check ups, it's completely ridiculous!

Quite apart from his exceptional work - he listens to your needs and readily tries to accomodate what he can. He always surprises me as to what he can achieve and genuinely tries to satisfy ones needs. I've visited many dentists over the years and have never come across one so obliging and great at what he does. So many other dentists just do not consider all the aspects of this very personal work. Saw dentist Said Aebrahim and he was always really friendly, explained everything very clearly and gave lots of infomation regarding what options were available to me. I had my final appointment this morning which was a crown fitting. I am so pleased, it feels like a real tooth and looks like one. I will be booking a 6 monthly check up here and would not hesitate to recommend this dentist to others. Only down side is the emergency appointment booking - I had to wait 48 hours for an appointment - BUT - I wasn't in any pain and I think they prioritised people who were in pain, so this did not and would not deter me from using the practice.

It's a very warm and welcoming practice, extremely clean and hygienic. It's a small dental practice owned and run by Dr Amitis Rajabzadeh with support from her lovely assistant. You always get seen at your appointment time. Amitis always discusses with myself regarding my teeth, options for future treatment and recommendation of products, but she never pressures me to commit to any treatment plan. Absolutely satisfied with the dentist's professional efforts and happy with the results. Absolutely first class service. Efficient; friendly and personable. Excellent service, friendly staff, excellent quality dental care! Excellent doctor and trained staff - highly recommended I can honestly say that this is by far the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. Everyone is so brilliant and lovely, I was lucky to find this practice. Extremely happy to support this fabulous dentist and her practice. Dr. Druian recently filled a few cavities for me. One of the cavities was quite deep and I was…read moreconcerned that it may turn into a root canal. Luckily the procedure went smoothly and the nerve was not interrupted. He was so quick and had the most up to date technology. 1 week later and the cavities that have been filled are not giving me any problems at all. I have had no sensitivity from the very beginning. He works inside the the London Centre for Cosmetic Dentistry with Dr. Spektor who did an adjustment for me on one of my teeth and he also seemed very nice. Great receptionists up front as well. Highly recommend for cosmetic dentistry because they do an excellent job.
