Not your usual Review! I found Frank on YELP and although I did not utilize his services as it turned out I did not require them he did help me immensely. First off he was timely, answered his phone right away. Not a great connection so arranged a call back, and was very prompt. I sent him pics of my docs and immediately he demonstrated his keen eye for details and informed me that one of my previously notarized documents was incorrect. If not for Frank catching this error I would have sent the document in for Apostille and it would have been immediately rejected with money and time lost. Frank also took the time to explain in detail what the error was so when I spoke to the notary that produced the document they knew exactly what I was saying. Should I have any need for skills such as that which Frank appears to possess as demonstrated by him, I won't hesitate to contact him again. I sent Frank a quote request first thing on a Friday morning, thru the Yelp app. I needed him to go to one city and notarize some papers and then bring them to me in another city. He called me back in less than ten minutes and said he could do it that morning. After explaining the places he needed to go, I got a quick text verifying what we needed to have on hand, and with in 20 minutes I got another call from him letting me know he had already notarized the first signature and was on his way to the get mine. Frank did an outstanding and quick job to notarize my documents and having them Apostilled in Sacramento. A visit to the Indian consulate in San Francisco was revealing , very frustrating and a complete waste of time and money! I found out that just a notary attestation is no longer accepted there as these signatures have also to be subsequently certified by the Dept. of State, and only then the consulate authenticates the documents.
