She snapped back saying I needed to calm down and that I was being rude and that I "wasn't listening to her," even though I was literally showing her what might be the thing she was asking for. I wasn't rude, didn't raise my voice, nothing--but she came off so aggressive for absolutely no reason. When all I did was ask a few questions to understand what she wanted. Her position requires basic customer service, and based on those 15 minutes, she doesn't have the ability to handle even the slightest inconvenience. Must be a tough job scanning packages.
