I have been coming here for a couple years. The parking has never been a problem plenty of spaces. The second my doctor was open for Botox I ran there! Lol. After I made my appointment I received an email with directions for the day of my appointment. Call when you arrive to let us know you are here. You stay in your car and wait about 8 minutes for them to call you back and tell you to come in. I saw the girl come out and wipe down the outside of the entrance door right before they called me. When you go in at the door you sanitize your hands, fill out a brief questionnaire and the take your temperature. Then you are taken back to exam room. They only allow one person in at a time no guests and you have to wear a mask till you are in your exam room. The doctor, nurse and receptionist never take off their masks. I got my usual injections in my forehead and bing, bang, boom I'm done. I don't even feel the injections his method of injections is so good. They will also numb you with spray if you want. They couldn't be bothered with actually helping me even though they can make money. My request to retrieve medication i had already paid for from another dr's office was denied. Couldn't even be bothered with that, I was told on the phone by some miserable sounding woman with very little personality and definitely a dislike for having to even be there answering a couple questions about my procedure. I advise you to find a health professional who is actually compassionate and who will go above and beyond to help the people they are sworn to assist, not reject them because they don't want to deal with them. I found this place looking for a little rejuvenation. It's close to were I take my yoga classes and for my bday decided why not. Very clean office, surprised that the doctor did the consult and actually does the laser hair removal. I got offered water or tea by the front desk staff which was a plus since its been soooooo hot out. Went from just doing laser hair removal to getting a photofacial and a little Botox also. I thought I would save money by going to silk for Botox. I don't know how many units I have had in the past so Dr A examined me first. He quoted me over $800 worth of Botox. I was shocked. I told him I wasn't willing to pay more than $450 so he scaled it back by almost half. That amount was more than enough! I couldn't move my forehead which I specificity said I wanted some movement. When I went for the follow up he said I must be "sensitive" to Botox. He also needed to add more because it was completely uneven. I'm not saying this is a horrible place but the the amount of upselling he was trying to pull over on me was offensive. I will never return - not even if it saves a few dollars. read more

Very disappointing experience! When I arrived for my first appointment, the gay male medical assistant was gossiping loudly with another male co-worker about the club they had been to the previous night, and all of the guys they had cruised, in intimate detail. Too much information, and not professional for a doctors waiting area. At one point they did close the glass window, probably forgetting that they were at work !! I went to this doctor for Dysport (similar to Botox) forehead treatment. Since I only knew a little about this "doctor" (former dentist and anesthesiologist, NOT a dermatologist), I asked for less than what the doctor prescribed for smoothing my forehead. He wanted to do 30 units, I asked for 20. Two weeks later, absolutely no results. Went back for follow-up. Doctor was very defensive, saying that I had deep wrinkles, and that he told me I would need up to 63 units on the first visit ! He never told me any such thing. I would never allow a new doctor to inject that amount into my forehead. If he had actually told me I needed 63 units, I would have left. What he actually told me was that 20 units would smooth my forehead, which it did not. He argued with me for 30 minutes, and said that I was obviously asking for a freebie. His "follow up" visits are his chance to sell you more product, when it did not work the first time. Not sure if the product was old or diluted, but it did not work! He was very defensive for a supposed professional. Remember Dr. A, the customer is always right !! And this customer will never be back! I will go to a certified dermatologist next time...... And I only went here because they are close to my house, and have Saturday hours..... Never again !! read more

Today while I was visiting my usual appointment; the receptionist received a phone call from an unknown person wanting to have an unknown object injected into his face. I quietly and silently listened to the doctor and the receptionist for integrity by listening to the entire conversation quite frankly I was being nosy. But also testing the integrity of the receptionist and the doctor at the same time. It makes me so proud once again to be using this amazing office and amazing practice for so many years after the receptionist for no amount of money would inject an unknown object into this unknown persons face nor give him an appointment to do so. I have used several doctors over the last 20 years and have been extremely loyal to silk laser for the past nine yeast thankfully; after hearing today's phone call I will be loyal to them until the day they decide to retire.
