It really soiled the surprise for my wife and since she saw me upset she decided she doesn't want it. I requested a refund but the store hesitated and insist they can fix it. I drove and returned the bouquet and they did not refund the delivery charges. The lady I spoke to had an attitude and seems frustrated because I wanted a refund. And oh, they did not even apologize.

Soon after, another coworker alerted me that I had the wrong address, but the shop was already closed so I left a message frantically explaining the situation and hoping they will hear it before making the delivery.
