It turns out that they didn't even receive the buyer's funds until 11:50 AM on Friday. So, for 36 hours, they were telling our Realtor that they were processing our wire when they didn't even have the funds. We have done dozens of real estate closings both as buyers and sellers over the past decade and this experience with this title company was, in our opinion, easily the worst one we've ever had. I would be hard pressed to envision a scenario where we'd ever use this title company again.

After visiting The Wood Shed and speaking with Danny and the team about our project, my son Sean decided to take their basic epoxy class to gain some knowledge. Inspired by what he learned, we went all-in with their epoxy table build class. The results were stunning! The experience with The Wood Shed was nothing short of amazing. With their assistance, Sean created a massive 6 ft x 9 ft dining room table that now graces our home.
