I am writing this review with a one star rate due to the fact that every single time I've contacted this place to get my files as I can legally because it's legally required that they give you your paperwork regardless if you ended on bad terms or not with the lawyer they no longer represents you but every single time I have called and requested, I get to the point where I'm speaking to Analiesse da Cruz the first time she told me all the steps to do. I did all the steps sent everything they asked for and yet it's been a month and I still haven't received any of my paperwork every single time I've called I get her on the phone again her just so she could be nasty and rude on the phone to me every single time talks to me in Spanish. I tell her I speak English. I understand she's bilingual and sometimes it's hard to communicate for her but that doesn't mean she has to hang up the phone tell me to come in the office if I have a problem refuses to send me my paperwork as of today I had to call and talk to somebody else so i can speak to the manager so I can get my paperwork today I was told finally I will get my paperwork sent through email as a month ago which only takes a few days so don't go to them for paperwork go through manager because Analiesse is very rude she will hang up the phone refuse to speak to you in English sometimes even though you don't speak Spanish for a whole month Ive dealt with her hanging up on me being rude refusing to send the paperwork great job to the law firm on hiring a very incompetent person read more

I love Mr.Authuro and the staff Noonie and Erica and Mrs. Silvia are awesome .. I remember when I first met Mr.Riguer I said this is the office and staff I want to represent me and my husband especially Mr.Authuro he always went out of his way to help me and my family and understand immigration law as well as the staff there .. they don't just take your money and leave you hanging they work hard in every case we had in the past even now . Riguer Silva is wonderful. I'm very happy. When my husband was arrested, someone told him to call Nicole Bowyer because she is good and Riguer Silva has a good reputation. Nicole showed up in court and got a bond like she said. I wasn't there, but my husband told me after court that Nicole argued very strongly with the Judge and she got him a bond. The other people in court were impressed and my husband told them to ask for Nicole at Riguer. To any one thinking of using Regal Silva the trash POS of a lawyer. Don't ,he was paid $1200.00 for a case Nicol Bowyer the so call lawyer never showed up for the 3 hearing now that person is been in danger off deportation Nicole Bowyer told me to pick up the $1200,00, Jaeca W. McLin would sign the check. I am from out of town drove 2 hours and when I got there the Receptionist took me to an office where Arthur Schoot whom I never spoke with asked me if I wanted to talk about the case, I told him no. that I was there to pick up a check he told me he wasn't giving me any check I told him Nicole Bowyer told me that the check would be ready he said well I'm not giving you any check, I told him I would call the police he said he was Going to call the police on me for trespassing I told him I was not trespassing I was invited into his office and I had an appointment.I then told him that I was going to call the police which I did I explain to the officers a situation officers went upstairs and spoke to them and ask them to give me the file on the case, they refused to pay back the money or give me the file which I know it is against the law for a lawyer not to return a file. I left and went to Telemundo to report the situation, they told me that they would get back to me Which, I think somehow the are connected to Riga Silva. Worst immigration attorney ever!!! He take advantage of the Hispanic people knowing they're desperate to fix their legal status. He overcharged them with thousands of dollars and he never focus on their cases all he cares is the money, and I do understand that is his way of living but come one he doesn't have to abuse of them. Personally I went to talk to him about my case he was so distracted and impatient about taking someone else in (guess a better client who's might had more money to offer or something) that he wasn't even putting attention n what I was saying all he was focused on telling me how much would cost me. Sadly and unfortunately our Hispanic compatriots are the ones who always take advantage of the other Hispanics , hope we get a real and professional immigration attorney who really loves to help people in need. I agree with Maria J's comment. We have been waiting 3 years to get our immigration case resolved. He knows how to play people on the 1st appointment. He's all so charming on that first interview and once he sucks you in for close to $6000, your case falls through the cracks. One would think that being Hispanic himself, he would provide excellent service to Hispanics. I don't recommend this greedy attorney. He will never be able to fill his father's shoes.
