Typically people working in the outdoor specialty industry are positive, active, people looking forward to interacting with like minded people. I am part of the 50ish year old still very active outdoors crowd that finally has good money to spend on gear for play. I will try to tell anyone listening to go somewhere else. They sealed the house and placed mostly sticky traps, but mice continued coming in through the same area we originally called about. Cleanup and follow-up were inconsistent, technicians sometimes showed up unannounced and blamed the office for not calling, and there seemed to be an excuse whenever we raised concerns. We eventually went back to old-fashioned snap traps ourselves and caught more mice that way. In the end, we had to seal the gap in the closet ourselves with spray foam to stop the motion-detector light from coming on at night (which means the mice stopped coming in). Most disappointing, my mom had recently lost her husband and has significant vision limitations. She hired professionals because she needed help and trusted their assurances. I feel the service was misrepresented and that she was taken advantage of during a vulnerable time. I would not recommend this company.

Our whole family had a blast! The owner, Jo is a former Forged in Fire Finalist and I am a HUGE fan of the show. We chose to do the Forging Experience. Prices are very reasonable and budget friendly even for a large group. Took us a little more than and hour to create a really cool and unique knife that comes with a leather sheath. Everyone is very patient and informative, you can tell they love what they are doing. This was the coolest experience I never thought I would get in Branson. They also sell finished cutlery, handmade pens, & decorative items so there is a little something for everyone. If you want to have a fun family experience, great date, unique team building exercise, birthday, bachelor or bachelorette party, pick up or order a custom handmade knife, even have an old favorite sharpened &/or restored, this is the place you MUST visit when in Branson!!! Came to Branson for our honeymoon and we saw the flyer for silver anvil. set up an appointment to smith my own knife, I've always wanted to try smithing and see if I wanted to invest more time and money into the hobby, and now I have a beautiful knife and know that I am going to start getting my own forge setup as soon as possible. This was by far the best experience that we have done in Branson so far. It was so fun that we ended up doing it twice within the same vacation. The memories that you can create here are one of the best available in Branson. My son and I would highly recommend visiting this place if you are a fan of knives and would like do some forging in a very safe environment.
