This is a horrible business! We were long time customers and in 2019 we were charged $200 for our…read moretaxes and paid in full at the time we sign them as usual because they obviously wouldn't send them in for us until we paid and then they called back 5 months later and said that we never paid and want $200 more from us. I talked to Tanya their receptionist and she was loud and rude and had no idea what she was talking about. They are very unprofessional and have a slow turn around time. I wouldn't waste my time or money with this terrible business!! No Shanyn this was in February before COVID ever started. We went in person and signed and paid in person with a check. It wasn't until 5 months later you called and said we never paid. Because of that call I went somewhere else last year. There is no remaining balance but you still won't give me a copy of the taxes I paid you $200 to do. After 10 years with you, I was called a liar and treated like crap on the phone. I would rather give the IRS $43 for a copy and take my business elsewhere.

I've personally been with Shanyn for 15 years and I know she has hundreds of clients completely grateful for her expertise and work. There is always 2 sides of the story.......Sounds like people that may not be taking accountability for their own actions and wanting to publicly pass blame. Be better humans, people. Sheesh.
