I selected The Little Clinic inside Krogers at Jackman and Laskey said that the test results would be back by Tuesday if I was tested on Friday which I did. But I would not be paid while waiting for the test results. The Clinic calms me on Sunday and said my test was not picked up on Saturday as I was informed it would. Now if I am lucky my results won't be back till Thursday. I AM UPSET big time !! I could have chosen another Clinic that had the same turn around. Now I will not be paid until I get back to work and if the results do come in on Thursday. Don't use them for Covid testing and I am uncertain as to their overall ability to provide quality Urgent Care.

When we finally got in, the nurse and NP were friendly and nice. Calling every non white person who arrived after us is not a good look. Promedica in general has gone downhill fast lately.
