Approximately $10,000 of repairs that I discovered that I will not be able to address. A wood double patio door is severely rotted and needs to be replaced, multiple screens are not operable, toilet leaking, shut off valve leaking, kitchen cabinets cut down, window locks missing. Pillar to Post did not respond to questions I have about the report. It has been 2 weeks since I emailed them the questions. He was super friendly on the phone and took ample time to answer any and all questions that I had. He made all the calls necessary to the seller's agent to set up the inspection - which in this instance, was no easy task. When I met him I instantly felt at ease because within two minutes of talking to him, it was evident that he had expert knowledge of homes (due to his long history working in various aspects of home building) and a genuine interest in providing thorough and complete information. I met Aaron for a walk-through after he inspected the home earlier in the day. The walk-though was much more thorough than I anticipated and wound up lasting quite a while because I had a million questions.
