Pat and his grandson arrived exactly at 10am, and they were very efficient in doing the job within 30 minutes. His prices appear to be on tune with the other septic companies in the area. Our price for cash was $430. I was informed if it was credit card it would be more- not sure what that price would be. Why 3 stars then? Well, Pat is very straight forward and no fuss- but with that there is also no real customer service/personality. For me- I appreciate not only a good job but also friendly customer service. There were a few passive aggressive comments made to me, about our property (which is well-maintained), and about our dog (who was leashed and is well-taken care of) that bothered me....and so unfortunately this company will not get our business again.
