It was the first time I had taken it on the expressway and as soon as I got it up to 75 it was shaking very badly. I stopped at a rest area just north of Linwood and called a tire repair shop (assuming it was my tires). that man told me to go to West Branch (another 37 miles away from where I was at) he explained the guy that owned it was a good guy and would take care of my tire issues. Got back on the e-way and decided to take the Standish exit -there has to be a repair shop in Standish. The first one I come to was All American Auto Service Center. So I pulled in and went inside. There was another car being serviced; I waited my turn. Tim got my car in and checked over in no time at all. He was concerned it might be a different issue but it did turn out the tires were bad. He sold me a new set of tires for under $600! I had the best time chit chatting with his uncle -I can't recall his name but we had great conversation. In no time at all I was back on the road. A situation that could have cost me hours of lost time ended up being very pleasant and not as costly as I would have expected it to be. Come to find out it's her sons house not hers. When I got to the gas station where she was at getting subway (where I get food for lunch for work) she got out of her car came at me saying I was trespassing. I said ma'am please don't come at me like that and I would be more than happy to avoid the lawn if you weren't swerving at me. Next time she says a word to me I'm calling the cops for harassment and I recommend everyone to not give her properties any of your Business, you'll be respected 100x more basically anywhere else! Also I wouldn't recommend walking past it or you might get swerved at and harassed. Let me provide a word of caution to any of you considering buying a GM Truck or SUV from Hart GMC,…read moremake sure they actually installed everything you paid for. I purchased a new 2023 Yukon XL Denali in October 2023 at which time the dealer told me that the adaptive cruise was part of the build sheet, however after I bought it and tried to use it the next day it didn't work. I took it back to the dealer, 30 minutes away, and they said again "it should be there" but when the head technician gave it a whirl he came to the conclusion that it wasn't functional. I understand, I probably should have tested for myself if it was active before I signed the papers but the dealer told me it was and I had no reason to doubt them. After some research the dealer rep informed me that it was under constraint and put in a service ticket and said that it should be rectified in a few weeks to a couple of months, this was on October 21, 2022. I checked once again several months later in early 2023 with the dealer to find out the status, and also called 800-GMCTRUCK, and once again was told that I would be notified when it was available for retrofit but that it could be up to another few months. I have taken 2 across the country trips and routinely drive long trips on the highways and get more disappointed and frustrated with GM and Hart because I keep having to do it without a feature I paid for in my new Yukon and was a key feature I wanted when I bought it. I understand that there are constraints and they had "supply chain issues", and I understand that things happen but the lack of communication and plan for delivering what I purchased on a very expensive vehicle is lacking. I rented a new 2023 GMC Terrain from Hertz at Dulles Airport a few months ago and it had adaptive cruise. To be told now that the vehicle would not be getting the adaptive cruise feature that I asked about before buying and was told would be retrofitted is extremely frustrating. Where is the good customer service and responsiveness that Hart touts and promises? I sure haven't seen it. Make sure you ask if your vehicle has everything and check it over before you sign the papers. I will be contacting General Motors to lodge a complaint against the dealer as well getting my attorney involved for their misrepresentation and them lying to me unless they contact me soon to remedy this situation.

What a shame I am a 65 year old disable widow senior i took my old car in to get check because i was debating on selling it or repairing it  . There was a leak in the front area so I paid them 45.00 for them to check out the leak and they gave me a written estimate for the repairs for 1,248.00 said my transmission pan had holes in it and my oil pain had holes in it both needed replacement plus the the transmission lines need to be replaced and the valve cover  gasket. So that was alot of things to repair all at once so I took it to another mechanic for a second check out  which he did for free and all it needed was the transmission lines and a trasmission cooler which cost me 260.00 total to have fixed . So I called Sniders and explained what happened and all I got from the owner  relative was she will need to speak to the mechanic . I have never heard back from anyone  Never was offer back my 45.00 the new place i took it to showed me the parts they said i need while the car was up on a hoist.I Didnt need most of those parts at all . I would use caution when going here and this is a small town  and I have been a good customer but this didnt feel right and Im glad i got a second check out . So be careful if your a female senior when you take car in for repair This was a horrible experience and with a heavy heart I cannot recommend this place.
