Initial we worked with the Taylor location, but once we learned that the plot was in Lakeside, we chose to have the viewing at the Pinetop location. The staff at Silver Creek Mortuary have my sincerest appreciation. Losing a loved one so suddenly brings not only sorrow, but an overwhelming fog of confusion with so much to attend to. This being the first funeral that I have arranged, there were many questions things I didn't even know to ask. Jason had an easy way that reassured and comforted. He took the time to explain the options available and what each option did or did not include. They went out of their way to make an uncertain and confusing situation into one where I felt comforted by the fact that they cared. We were on a tight schedule and they made it work. They helped us arrange a very nice service despite a limited budget. At the service, when the officiating Pastor, rudely cut our service short, the folks at Silver Creek Mortuary set aside extra time at the graveside loved ones to say their goodbyes.
