Brandon gave me several options all based on my availability. Prior to the appointment I received text confirmation and text reminders. When Steven was on his way I received his location via text so I knew his exact time of arrival. So we were off to a great start. I love an organized business- especially one that I am not worrying about following through. So I was already impressed and then Steven walked through our door. Immediately he earned our trust. Not only is he an affable guy but confidently explained the issue with the dishwasher and said he would order the part and could be back in a few days when it arrives. On the return trip he once again was on time, quickly repaired our dishwasher- no muss, no fuss. Just like I anticipated. Elite Appliance is on my gold star list and I will use Elite Appliance in the valley. I never questioned the cost of the repair because I had faith in his business ethics. When people trust your brand they won't question the price. So true. You can't go wrong with this wonderful company on the mountain.

Tyrone, extremely professional, and one of the most knowledgeable service people we have had since we've lived up on the mountain the last 12 years. We were selling our home and at the closing and item came up that needed to be addressed immediately. We contacted their office and they had, Tyrone, who we had specifically requested out within two hours. The stove was repaired and we were able to close the sale! I could go on and on and on about the issues we have had with different companies, but we've never had to have them come back and all the years we've used them. Their repairs have stayed solid. We've had no issues. I see periodic reviews here that are one star, and I'm sure things come up from time to time no matter what company you speak with or use. We always refer this company and if our home has a house warranty, we request them if feasible they allow us to use them. They are extremely reasonably priced and trust them implicitly.

Told the girl on the phone the part# so the technician could bring the part with him on Thurs (it was Wednesday) She said she couldn't get the part overnight, so I'd have to wait until the next Thurs. 8 days later guy shows up, no part with him. Wait another week, in the meantime dishwasher is leaking all over my brand new floor. Shut off water to sink/dishwasher. Guy shows up week later with part, drops it in (he's there for like 5 min.) says, "All good." I ask him about the leaking and he says, he's sure its fine now. I insist he turn it on and test it and dishwasher immediately throws error code and gushes water all over my new floors. He was literally going to leave without even testing the dishwasher. He looks at me and says, "your going to need another part." No kidding, Einstein. He tells me he'll come on next Tues. (it was Thursday but Tuesday comes and no repair guy, I text him and replies he made a mistake and it will be Thursday again. Pretty sure if I hadn't texted him I never would have heard from him until Thursday. I had made an appt on Thurs because he told me it would be TUESDAY!! Thankfully my husband said he'd cover the appt. and Dishwasher finally got fixed. Took over 3 weeks which really impacted my home baking business. There was literally no customer service or attention to detail from this company and if this is who Whirlpool contracts for their new warranty work I'll never buy another Whirlpool appliance again.
