Brandon gave me several options all based on my availability. Prior to the appointment I received text confirmation and text reminders. When Steven was on his way I received his location via text so I knew his exact time of arrival. So we were off to a great start. I love an organized business- especially one that I am not worrying about following through. So I was already impressed and then Steven walked through our door. Immediately he earned our trust. Not only is he an affable guy but confidently explained the issue with the dishwasher and said he would order the part and could be back in a few days when it arrives. On the return trip he once again was on time, quickly repaired our dishwasher- no muss, no fuss. Just like I anticipated. Elite Appliance is on my gold star list and I will use Elite Appliance in the valley. I never questioned the cost of the repair because I had faith in his business ethics. When people trust your brand they won't question the price. So true. You can't go wrong with this wonderful company on the mountain.

He popped out and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes (a control board), gave us the price to replace the part with labor as well as the whole oven, and even gave us the option to get the part ourselves from a third party seller (Amazon) and reschedule the install which saved us about $100. The install was quick, he was polite, pet our dog, was friendly. We got a great vibe and swore we would use their services again. Flash forward 5 years, microwave goes out. We call again, give the info over the phone. From the info we gave, we found out it's most likely the keypad which (on this model) is as much as a new microwave; even more with labor. They didn't charge for that, could have came by the house and charged a consult fee but instead they treated us like neighbors and recommended brands that are more easily serviced in the future. Also I even told the guy at T&C what happened and it didn't surprise him one but so I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place maybe next time they will be honest and not care so much about the $$$$$ and just give good customer service and give them other options
