Fresh toppings, balanced flavors, and even details like using spinach instead of iceberg lettuce showed real care and intention. You could tell someone in that kitchen actually cares about what goes out on the plate. If you're anywhere near the area and even thinking about stopping in--do it. Probably cover a few others, but those are definitely going to find something they like here.
